Partnerships
Genuine Comedy Review considers collaborations that fit thoughtful writing about comedy and preserve a clear line between editorial work and commercial activity.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly scoped projects such as commissioned explainers, event or book information, reader-facing cultural projects and relevant partner placements. A proposal should describe the subject, intended audience, deliverables, timing and any support or payment involved. We do not promise coverage or a positive assessment.
How placements are labelled
Paid, gifted or partner-supported material is identified in plain language where readers encounter it. Partner links and standing placements are labelled as partner material, not blended into editorial recommendations. Labelling remains visible wherever the placement appears.
Editorial boundaries
Partners cannot approve independent editorial conclusions or buy a review. We decline proposals that require undisclosed promotion, misleading claims or control over unrelated coverage. To discuss a fit, send the details through the Contact page and select the partnership option.
A joke can be a way of seeing
Genuine Comedy Review looks beyond the laugh to the choices that make comedy work and the assumptions those choices bring into view.
